At David McKenzie, solicitor and conveyancer, we have a low cost flat fee and we only charge for the following disbursements:
Buying a property:
- Title Search
- Pest Inspection (recommended)
- Survey (possible)
- Council & water rates certificates
- Land Tax certificate
Selling a property:
- Title Search
- Section 149 Planning Certificate
- Sewerage Diagram
These searches are arranged by us and charged to you at cost price.
All consultations, contracts, photocopying, correspondence, filing and settlement attendance are included in our low flat fee.
